Rebekah A. Frye, CFLS
I have been practicing Family Law in California for 13 years and am a Certified Family Law Specialist. I graduated from California State University of Fresno in 1992 with a major in Philosophy and the Law. I earned my Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law in 1995 and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in November 1995.
Prior to working in Family Law, I received hands-on experience in the corporate legal field, specifically in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, and IPO’s before obtaining my L.L.M. in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1999.
I began practicing Family Law in 1997 and was certified as a Family Law Specialist in 2008. I have been appointed by Santa Clara County judges as Minor’s Counsel in numerous cases and am highly dedicated to pursuing the best interests of my young clients. I have also been a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, the Santa Clara Bar Association, the San Mateo County Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

After graduating from the University of Colorado in 2006 with a major in Political Science, I earned my Paralegal certificate from Kaplan College in Denver in June 2007. I began working for The Law Office of Rebekah A. Frye in October 2007.I work directly with Ms. Frye in the drafting of legal pleadings, communications with clients and opposing counsel and preparation for hearings and trials.
