Rebekah A. Frye, CFLS

Rebekah A. Frye has been practicing Family Law in California for 13 years and is a Certified Family Law Specialist.

Ms. Frye graduated from California State University of Fresno in 1992 with a major in Philosophy and the Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from San Joaquin College of Law in 1995 and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in November 1995.

Prior to working in Family Law, Ms. Frye worked in the corporate legal field in the area or mergers, acquisitions, and IPO's before obtaining her L.L.M. in taxation from Golden Gate University in 1999.

Ms. Frye began practicing Family Law in 1997 and was certified as a Family Law Specialist in 2008. Ms. Frye has been appointed by Santa Clara County judges as Minor's Counsel in numerous cases and is highly dedicated to pursuing the best interests of her young clients. Ms. Frye is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Association of Certified Family Law Specialists, the Santa Clara Bar Association, the San Mateo County Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Emily J. DeLong, Paralegal

Emily J. Delong graduated from the University of Colorado in 2006 with a major in Political Science. Ms. DeLong earned her Paralegal certificate from Kaplan College in Denver in June 2007 and began working for The Law Office of Rebekah A. Frye in October 2007.

Ms. DeLong works directly with Ms. Frye in the drafting of legal pleadings, communications with clients and opposing counsel and preparation for hearings and trials.

Amy Deschamps, Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Amy Deschamps has worked in many areas of the law. Prior to working with the Law Office of Rebekah A. Frye, Ms. Deschamps worked for James Danaher, Esq., and John Cahners, Esq. giving her a broad perspective of a variety of areas in which our practice covers.
